Leppo Rents is seeking a skilled diesel mechanic to service and repair compact construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing complex repairs, and maintaining our rental fleet to keep it ready for customers.

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
