Job summary

Milk Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Primary Schools across the North East. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions, and help promote positive behaviour and engagement under the guidance of teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in a Primary School or education setting.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, reliable and adaptable approach.
• Experience working with children, young people or adults in a professional capacity within the last 5 years.
