Milk Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in primary schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham. The roles include 1:1 and small group support, and support for pupils with SEND.
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, access to CPD through Milk Academy, and a fast-track compliance process with dedicated support from a Primary Consultant. Safeguarding and DBS checks are essential.

Milk Education is working with welcoming Primary Schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham, and we’re looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Support pupils with their learning and development
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Support pupils with SEND and additional needs
Assist with phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Work closely with teachers and school staff
Recent experience working in a Primary School or education setting
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A positive, reliable and adaptable approach
Experience working with children, young people or adults in a professional capacity within the last 5 years
