Job summary

Milk Education is seeking Aspiring Teachers to support Primary Schools across the local area. Whether you’re a recent graduate or exploring teacher training, this role provides real classroom experience and a chance to develop the skills needed for a future in education.

You’ll work with EYFS to KS2, lead small group activities, and help pupils build confidence. Flexible, daily paid placements, with access to CPD and support from education consultants.

Qualifications

  • Graduates from any degree background.
  • Strong communicators with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.

  • Encourage engagement, confidence and independence.
  • Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.

Your Responsibilities

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable, whether through paid employment, university placements, school placements, volunteering, coaching, mentoring or youth work.
