Job summary

Arora and Associates, PC is seeking a Survey Technician to join our Land Surveying Department in Lawrenceville, NJ. The successful candidate will assist in planning and directing survey crew work and maintain equipment and records.

Requirements include 3–5 years of surveying experience, familiarity with Trimble Business Center or Leica Infinity, Microstation/AutoCAD Civil3D, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel and overtime is needed, with work in both office and field settings.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of survey experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing and able to travel for out-of-town assignments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and directing survey crew work.
• Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches of work performed.
• Reduce field notes and manage data from field to office.
• Supervise instrument maintenance and data collection.
• Prepare control and survey reports and final deliverables.
