Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Manager in Training through its MOD program. This is not entry-level—selected candidates become certified and ready to assume full store management duties as vacancies arise.

As an Experienced Store Manager, you will lead teams, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold standards across operations. Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store is required; weekend work is a norm.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to relocate or accept placement.
• Willingness to work five days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and coach employees to meet goals and service standards.
• Analyze sales and profits; implement plans to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop store staff in partnership with HR.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with store manager on performance evaluations.
