• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a retail or automotive service setting.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set expectations and monitor performance, coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff in partnership with HR.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees.
• Drive store sales, analyze trends, and implement improvement plans.
