Plaza Tire Service is seeking Experienced Store Managers through the Manager-On-Deck program. This is not entry level; selected candidates will be certified and ready to assume full Store Manager duties as vacancies arise.

The MOD program offers hands-on certification, mentorship with a top Store Manager, and development through Sun University resources, with compensation around $70,000 per year plus bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to relocate to placement store.
• Willingness to work five days a week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and coach employees on responsibilities and service.
• Hire and train staff in collaboration with HR.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees.
• Analyze sales trends and implement growth plans to maximize results.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper asset controls and closing procedures.
