Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Spa Hospitality Professional at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Detroit. The role involves providing top-notch customer service, guest relations such as booking appointments using the Point of Sale system (familiarity with Zenoti or Meevo is a plus), selling retail skincare products, and assisting with serving guests while driving gift card sales through exceptional client interactions.
