Job summary

Venture Solar is expanding its residential solar installer team in Biddeford, ME. We are seeking an experienced installer who thrives on rooftop work and is comfortable with heights to join our installation crew.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months, competitive hourly pay with overtime, health benefits, 401K after a year, paid holidays and PTO, plus a referral program. Full-time, 40+ hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Prior solar installation experience required.
• Comfort with heights and rooftop work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Clean driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle structural mounting and layout of solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under supervision.
• Maintain safety procedures and PPE usage on site.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME $3000 SIGN ON BONUS after 3 months!

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
