Coloradobusinesscpa in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to manage monthly accounting for our small business clients in a hands-on, client-focused role at our main office.

You’ll handle full-cycle bookkeeping for 20–30 clients, prepare accurate financial statements and customized reports, perform monthly reconciliations, and collaborate with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless service and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years bookkeeping experience, preferably with multiple clients.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel; experience with Fathom/Bill.com is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong client service and time-management skills.

What You’ll Do

• Monthly Bookkeeping: Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20-30 small business clients.
• Financial Reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.

Who You Are

• Experienced: Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name!
