Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced SiP layout design engineer with strong expertise in laminate and PCB layout for advanced semiconductor packaging. You will contribute to flip-chip, SiP, and module-based solutions across markets.

The role requires collaboration with IC design, package and product teams, performing DRC/verification, and maintaining design documentation while managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on laminate, substrate, PCB or advanced package layout experience.
• Proficiency with laminate and package layout principles and design rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop laminate, substrate, PCB layout designs for flip-chip and SiP products.
• Design routing, power/ground planes, vias, and stack-ups to meet electrical and thermal specs.
• Collaborate with IC design, package, and product teams to meet specs.
• Perform DRC, LVS, layout verification and design reviews.
• Support layout feasibility studies, floor planning, and trade-offs.
• Generate layout databases, fabrication drawings, and stack-up documentation.
• Manage multiple layout projects and communicate progress to cross-functional teams.
