Keffer Mazda in Huntersville, NC seeks an Experienced Service BDC Representative to join our award-winning team. You will answer inbound calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, and follow up with customers on recalls and maintenance needs. Strong phone skills and CRM experience are required.

Responsibilities
