Base Pay Range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work efficiently according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional repairs and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2+ years of Service Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
• Steady hand, good hand-eye coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred or plans to obtain one.
