Job summary

First Team Subaru Norfolk is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service during vehicle service and repair visits. You will explain required services, provide diagnostic insights, and guide customers through the process.

We offer paid manufacturer training, strong earning potential, and a supportive team in Hampton Roads. Base pay starts around $1,600 monthly with commissions; total earnings typically $60k–$120k+, depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle service or repair process.
• Explain required vehicle services per the manufacturer and advise customers on repairs, including diagnostic information and technician recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers during all service visits.
• Ensure that customers are continuously updated throughout their service visit.
• Maintain product knowledge and manufacturer certifications.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
