Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as Automotive Service Advisor
• Active listening to assess needs and explain technical information to customers
• Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns and keep customers informed of vehicle status.
• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
