Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills--ability to be trained on dealership computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handling telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
• Coordinating service orders with technicians.
• Advising customers on estimated service costs, completion timeframes, and any potential changes.
• Suggesting appropriate additional services to customers.
