Job summary

Pepe Auto Group's Audi of Nyack is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate estimates and smooth service flow.

You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, report symptoms, recommend maintenance, prepare estimates, and communicate progress while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven and verifiable record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Past experience as a Service Advisor or equivalent is a must
• Highline experience is a plus
• Stay current with product and CSI training

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between techs and customers
• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time and preferred method – phone call, text or e-mail
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

• ADP, as well as some in-lane tablet experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
