Job summary

Pepe Auto Group in Nyack, NY is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. You will act as the liaison between technicians and customers, greet clients, collect vehicle information and clearly report symptoms.

You will estimate labor and parts, schedule follow-ups, monitor progress, explain work and charges, and ensure the final invoice matches the work performed. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven and verifiable record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must.
• Highline experience is a plus.
• High energy level and warm friendly personality.
• Stay current with product and CSI training.
• Desire for a long term career with a growing organization.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• ADP experience plus in-lane tablets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between techs and customers.

• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time and preferred method – phone call, text or e-mail.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
