Pepe Auto Group in Nyack, NY is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor. We are seeking a talented, dedicated person with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team and help take our service to the next level.

Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between technicians and customers, greeting customers, collecting vehicle information, reporting symptoms, preparing estimates, and communicating progress and final invoices to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor or related role is a must.
• High energy level and friendly personality.
• Stay current with product and CSI training.
• Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.

• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time and preferred method – phone call, text or e-mail
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements:

• Proven and verifiable record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
• Highline Experience is a plus
• High energy level, and warm friendly personality
• Stay current with product and CSI training
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• ADP, as well as some in-lane tablet experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
