BMW of Monterey is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle needs, and recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines while coordinating with technicians.

In this role you’ll communicate timelines and updates, deliver premium service, and drive customer retention. Experience with BMW or luxury brands is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off individual sales, individual gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay per labor per RO, and flat rate hours.

The annual estimated earnings range is $64,500.00- $161,800.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and location.
