Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face customers see—greet arrivals and set the tone for a great experience.

• Keep customers updated throughout the day and manage expectations.
• Work with technicians to track job progress, parts, and timing.
• Turn concerns into resolutions and advocate for the customer and the team.
• Help hit team goals and participate in quality control.

THE OPPORTUNITY

DAY TO DAY

• Be the first friendly face customers see — schedule appointments, greet arrivals, and set the tone for a great experience
• Walk customers through their vehicle, spotting anything worth attention and building trust along the way
• Keep customers updated throughout the day — no one likes being left in the dark
• Work alongside technicians to track job progress, parts, and timing
• Turn concerns into resolutions — you’re an advocate for the customer and the team
• Help hit team goals and participate in quality control

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer-facing roles — hospitality, retail, food service, or similar are a genuine advantage
• A high school diploma or GED (auto experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Strong communicator — equally comfortable with a nervous first-timer and a seasoned car enthusiast
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a team-first attitude
• Organized, professional, and comfortable with computers and phones
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
