• Previous dealership experience required

• Basic understanding of automotive systems or willingness to learn
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nelson Auto, a family-owned dealership serving North Dakota communities, is looking for a customer-focused Experienced Service Advisor to join our service team at our Williston, ND dealership.

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in dealership operations by acting as the primary connection between customers and technicians. In this fast-paced, people-focused position, you will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, coordinate repair schedules, and ensure work moves efficiently through the shop.
