Danbury Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Danbury, CT. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, diagnosing vehicle issues, verifying warranty coverage, and preparing accurate repair estimates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service advisor experience
• Stellantis or domestic certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer fluency—CDK and X-Time experience a plus
• Well-rounded automotive knowledge—technician experience/training a plus
• Clean driver's license
• Quality focus and creative problem-solving abilities
• Above-average estimate skill
• Ability to manage, expedite, and adapt workflow to meet changing needs
