Danbury Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Danbury, CT. Immediate opening with a high-energy shop and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service advisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer fluency with CDK and X-time is a plus.
• Clean driver's license.
• Ability to manage, expedite, and adapt workflow to changing needs.
• Stellantis or domestic certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Determine automotive issues and verify warranty coverage.
• Develop cost estimates and prepare repair orders.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage

• Accurately prepare and complete repair orders

• Establish impeccable records on all transactions
• Update knowledge through continuing educational opportunities at all levels

Service Advisor Qualifications

• 2+ Years Service Advisor Experience
• Stellantis or Domestic Certification a Plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer Fluency--CDK and X-time experience a plus
• Well-rounded Automotive Knowledge--technician experience/training a plus
• Clean Driver's License
• Quality focus, and creative problem-solving abilities
• Above-average estimate skill
• Ability to manage, expedite, and adapt work flow to meet changing needs
