Job summary

Cypress Street Pint & Plate in Midtown Atlanta is seeking experienced servers to join our fast-paced, high-volume team, delivering friendly, attentive service while managing a busy section. Located in the heart of Midtown, we pride ourselves on creative American pub fare, craft beer, and a welcoming atmosphere, offering opportunities to grow with the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent serving experience preferred.
• High-volume, full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Craft beer, cocktail, and food knowledge a plus.
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Able to stand, move, lift, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage options.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Monitor tables and communicate with bartenders and kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent guest experience.
