Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and ingredients.
• Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean dining area and assist with side duties as needed.
