The Care Team Coordinator/Scheduler is a dynamic and polished leadership role. responsible for the execution and coordination of the daily administrative tasks, commuicates well and often with residents, staff and families. promotes and implements best practices for staffing, performance standards for both care and coverage of the community, maintains attendance records, standards as well as policy and performance accountability. participates in regularly scheduled on-call as well as, manager on duty rotations on weekends. The Care Team Coordinator is housed in the clinical department and reports directly to the Director of Wellness and Executive Director. This position is full time and requires the Care Team Coordinator to be accessible during regular business hours as well as regularly on-call. This role manages care team schedule, assists with hiring, training and orientation of new and existing staff. Assists with coverage when and if needed.
