AdvisaCare in Flint, MI is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our home care team. You will connect caregivers with clients who rely on us for dependable, compassionate care, building schedules that keep services timely and safe.

Responsibilities

• Answer and support calls from caregivers, clients, and families.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives exceptional care.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and personality.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, payroll, and care documentation.
• Solve scheduling challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Assist with office operations while supporting our growing care team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure uninterrupted care when needed.
