Job summary

Villages Subaru in Leesburg, Florida is seeking EXPERIENCED Sales Advisors to join a fast-paced, record-breaking team. This full-time role offers strong earning potential and a supportive environment with ongoing training at Morgan Auto Group.

You will engage with customers, communicate effectively, and strive to exceed expectations while working Saturdays and some Sundays. Competitive benefits accompany the incentive pay plan.

Qualifications

• Previous car sales experience is ideal but not required.
• Must be professional with a confident attitude.
• Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.
• Able to make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented.
• Ability to discuss customer needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and accurate record keeping.
• Active listening and delivering 110% customer experience.
• Clear and persuasive communication in all situations.
• Quick thinking and ability to learn.
• Previous call center experience is an asset.
• Interest in the automotive industry.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Saturdays required and some Sundays.

• Pay or shift range: $55,000 USD to $150,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
