Morgan Auto Group is hiring a Sales Advisor in Sarasota, FL to join a fast-paced, record-breaking team. You will engage customers, follow a proven process, and strive for a 110% customer experience while building relationships across car brands.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a professional demeanor, and the drive to excel in a competitive auto sales environment. Saturdays and some Sundays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous car sales experience ideal but not required.
• Must be professional with a confident attitude.
• Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.
• Efficient with time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented.
• Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
• Possess strong organizational, follow-up, and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience.
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Quick thinker and learner.
• Previous call center experience (an asset but not required).
• An interest in the automotive industry.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Continuous Improvement; collaborate with team members.
• Saturdays required and some Sundays.

Responsibilities
