Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a geriatric setting. The RN will follow physician orders, adhere to state and facility regulations, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants while supporting rounds with physicians.

Ideal candidates hold a NC nursing license, CPR certification, and are committed to patient-centered care, infection control, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse degree/diploma from an accredited school.
• Current North Carolina Board of Nursing license (or proof of renewal).
• CPR certification renewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality nursing care by following physician orders and regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians and according to facility policy.
• Supervise nursing assistants and orderlies; assist physicians during rounds.
• Perform treatments and document appropriately; maintain infection control measures.
• Assist with admissions, annual physicals, records, and scheduling as needed.
