Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. is hiring a Skilled Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal period. You’ll deliver outstanding guest service, help guests choose gear, and keep shelves stocked while supporting teamwork on the sales floor.

The role pays $22.00–$25.20 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available. Housing is not provided. Join a collaborative team and enjoy training, wellness benefits, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or guest service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.
• Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Ensure pricing is accurate and promotions are applied.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; assist with inventory.
