Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for the Winter season 2026/2027. The role involves inventory control, receiving orders, and processing shipments with handheld scanners, contributing to loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full-time hours available during the season. Employment is on-site, with no housing provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week.
• Able to work a varied schedule across multiple departments, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Housing availability: No.

Responsibilities

• Daily use of handheld scanners operating the MMS inventory control system (full training provided).
• Receiving individual orders of retail product from vendors, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Putting away, or shipping, of orders after receipt.
• Picking replenishment orders for the stores.
• Taking an active role in on-going, inventory/cycle counts.
• Contributing to ongoing loss prevention, both internal and external.
• Keeping warehouse spaces clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
