Job summary

Guarantee Restoration is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our New Orleans team in St. Rose, LA. Starting pay ranges from $18–$25 per hour, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and a full insurance package including medical, dental, and vision.

A fully vested 401(k) with employer match and certification opportunities are provided as part of our benefits. Must be available after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• General cleaning at the end of projects
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe job-site
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre- and post-construction clean-up
