Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Water Technician to join our Lafayette/Scott, LA team. You will assist the project manager on water mitigation projects and operate drying equipment for both small and large flood events.

• Assist project manager on various restoration projects.

• Learn about different drying equipment.
• Perform general labor: gutting, cleaning and packing.
• Assist with demolition and post-construction cleanup.

What you'll be responsible for as a Water Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
• Learn about different types of drying equipment
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Assist with demolition and reconstructionPre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

• 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in.
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
