Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) seeks an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Pearl, MS team. You’ll assist the project manager on construction projects, assess damage, and perform gutting, cleaning, packing, demolition, and prep tasks.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork. We offer starting pay of $18-$25 per hour, full insurance (medical, dental, vision, and more), a fully vested 401K with employer match, uniforms/tools provided, and

• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs.
