Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an experienced Water Technician to join our team. You will assist the project manager on various construction projects and specialize in water damage from small to large scale flooding.

This full-time, permanent role requires after hours and weekend work; starting pay is $16 per hour, with room for quarterly bonuses and opportunities for restoration certifications, plus full benefits and 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in.
• Hard worker with attention to detail.
• Relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free.
• Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen required.

Responsibilities
