Job summary

Atrium, a South Florida title company, seeks an experienced residential Title Closer to manage closings and ensure a smooth transaction for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential title and real estate closing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent client service. Familiarity with Qualia or similar closing software is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential title and real estate closing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the residential real estate closing process.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills with a professional, personable communication style.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate residential real estate closings.
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, closing disclosures, and related documentation.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, and other parties throughout the closing process.
• Review closing files and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Address and resolve questions or issues that arise leading up to and during closing.
• Work closely with the company's Title Processor and Post-Closer to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the closing process.
