Job summary

AKW Title Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a responsible Title Agent/Closer to lead the title process from start to finish and serve as the primary liaison among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.

You'll prepare and balance Closing Disclosures, HUDs, deeds and related documentation, resolve title issues with the in-house team, and maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth and timely closing while upholding compliance and professionalism throughout the closing process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in title insurance processing, closing, or marketing.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Preferred: Notary License, Spanish language skills, and real estate background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent education required.
