PDS Health in Melissa, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience®. You will assist the dentist and help move treatment forward with urgency.

You will maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment, perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate, and ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, HIPAA, and related policies while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Dental Assistant with valid credentials.
• Experience with x-rays and intra-oral imaging helpful.
• Strong patient-care and infection-control practices.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$21.25-$29.50 / Hourly
