Glade Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. You will assist the dentist, maintain a clean and friendly environment, and support treatment planning with accurate imaging.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant with clinical skills.
• Experience with sterilization and infection control.
• Ability to take x-rays and intra-oral images per routine.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories following ADA guidelines and regulations.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for{{:}}

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$21.25-$29.50 / Hourly
