Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook position at our Santa Clara location. The role requires at least 3 years of kitchen experience and pays a fixed rate of $27.00 per hour.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with hours that may vary and interview details will be provided. Applicants must be able to prepare items per production sheets, follow recipes, and maintain HACCP-compliant safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in food prep/kitchen operations.
• Able to follow recipes and production sheets accurately.
• Knowledge of HACCP or food safety guidelines beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and serves customers.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and maintains sanitation procedures.
