Job summary

Eurest at Micron in San Jose, CA is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook to support daily production and guest service.

You will follow recipes, maintain HACCP, and work a 6:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, collaborating with a dedicated team. Grill experience and a sense of urgency are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Grill experience is required.
• Must have a sense of urgency and be a team player.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Receives daily production schedule from the Chef and executes production requirements.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP.
• Resolves customer concerns and serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Completes required documentation and logs as required.
