Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Sous Chef at Intel RNB Cafe, 2200 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054. The role requires cook experience and leadership or supervision experience. Schedule is full-time, with days varying from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Cook experience and leadership or supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Maintains sanitation and proper food handling, temperatures, and storage.
• Assists in inventory, monitors deliveries, and communicates shortages to supervisor.
• Supports customers and explains daily menu items to staff and guests.
