Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at the Intuit SD site in San Diego, CA. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience is required.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour with online applications accepted only. Responsibilities include preparing food per recipes, following production sheets, and maintaining HACCP-compliant practices. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Performs food prep and serves customers in accordance with standards and guidelines.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use and follows sanitation procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns and takes orders for short-prep items.
