Job summary

Audi Nyack is seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our award-winning team. This role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in pre-owned operations to drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee the pre-owned sales department, manage pricing and inventory, guide vehicle reconditioning and lease returns, and train a high-performing team while upholding Pepe standards and fostering strong relationships with customers from start

Qualifications

• Prior pre-owned management experience (required).
• Used vehicle buying and appraisal experience (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory management.
• Proficiency with ADP/CDK, CRM, ACV, vAuto, and related tools.
• Results-driven, highly motivated, and energetic.
• Flexible schedule availability, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned sales department.
• Pricing and inventory control for pre-owned vehicles.
• Manage vehicle reconditioning and lease returns.
• Inventory marketing (digital, direct, and more).
• Desk deals, track gross logs, and ensure timely, compliant paperwork per Pepe standards
