Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Licensed Service Plumber to join our residential service team in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering customer-focused service in homeowners' residences.

Qualifications

Active Master Plumber License is required.
Proven experience in residential service, repair, and diagnostic plumbing.
Strong technology skills; comfortable navigating multiple mobile applications daily for workflow and communications.
Must possess standard personal plumbing hand tools (specialty tools provided by company or owned).

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems in Charlotte, NC.
Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions clearly.
Utilize core business apps and tech tools for dispatching, time tracking, and job management.
Complete a comprehensive onboarding program including shadowing and software integration.
Participate in weekly meetings and 1-on-1 performance check-ins with management.
Manage company purchasing with provided cards for materials.
Maintain, stock, and operate the company van.
Support with inspections or cross-functional tasks during peak demand.
