Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy Technician certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify patients and obtain specimens per policy.
• Prepare patients and collect blood samples following safety procedures.
• Label tubes correctly and ensure proper test tube order of draw.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
