BioLife Plasma Services in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting high-quality plasma from donors, ensuring a positive donor experience, and maintaining operational procedures.

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

Location: Birmingham, AL, USA.
Starting hourly wage: $17.00. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives and basic benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. U.S. employees may accrue up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
